  When we went through the smoothie machine was broken. This meant that there was a delay in our order as two of the four of us wanted something made by that machine. The staff seemed annoyed that we needed some extra time, despite the fact that there was no one else waiting. After all of this they gave us the wrong food for three of the four orders (wrong drink, wrong sandwich, left on a requested exclusion of cheese). Right on the receipt, wrong in reality. Very disappointing.
