  Great service and good food. Casual dining, convenient location and lots of menu options. Dinner for 2 with a shared dessert, $34.00 - Can't beat that!

  I normally love Ruby Tuesday for a good meal. But I had one of the worse services I have had. We waited at the door for a seat for 5 minutes at a restaurant that was 2/3rds empty, it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to take our order. The 4 people at our table ordered a bacon cheeseburger cooked medium, a chicken and potato meal, and 2 chicken tender meals. After almost 1 hour of waiting , our meals were brought out. The burger was served as 50% well done and 50% rare. The chicken meal was very small portions, and the chicken tenders were served as hot wings. When I was able to flag down the waitress she acted like we were the ones who.ordered the wrong thing. She took the food back and had the correct thing to us within 10 minutes. Never once was there an apology or explanation to the issues. It will take a lot for me to return to this restaurant.

  Ribs were seasoned well, but were dry and skinny. Caesar salad had soggy croutons and was drenched in a mayo-tasting dressing. Fries weren't fully thawed/cooked, a side of apples for my kid were still partially frozen, the salmon my wife ordered was burnt. The waiter forgot to put our food in so we waited a bit longer than normal (he did apologize though and brought complimentary dry biscuit things). Bottom line is the food was clearly rushed. Oh, but the sampler appetizer was delicious, well done on that. Certainly NOT worth the $78 bill. Skip the Ruby Tuesday in Mitchell. Just, skip it.
